The QUALLIANZ e.V. is a qualification initiative formed by an association of labour-market policy organisations, business-related institutions, further training organisations and schools.

The objective of this initiative is to provide incentives for professional qualification, and for safeguarding and increasing employment. It also aims, in close co-operation with the economy, to form a bridge between the qualification and personnel requirements of companies and the facilities offered by all actors relevant to the employment market.

The initiative focuses on the improvement of the communications and co-operation culture between the world of business and further training, and the development of the appropriate services in the fields of personnel development and qualification.
